Revenue Sources and Publication Charges

The International Journal of Intelligent Computing Systems is a self-financed academic journal that operates independently without external funding or sponsorship. Its primary source of revenue is the Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors following the acceptance of their manuscripts. These charges cover essential operations, including editorial processing, staff support, peer review management, production, and online hosting.

All editorial decisions are based solely on the academic merit of submissions. The journal upholds principles of transparency, academic integrity, and ethical publishing, and APCs do not influence editorial outcomes.

Publication Fee Waivers

To promote inclusive access to research, the journal provides waivers for authors who face financial hardship, particularly those from under-resourced institutions or economically disadvantaged regions.

Waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the author's financial situation and the scholarly merit of the submitted manuscript. Our aim is to ensure that the ability to pay does not become a barrier to publication.
